If her recent round of spats with Kangna Ranaut over “who is closer to Sanjay Dutt and Maanyata Dutt” were not enough, Ameesha is now looking at newer ways of keeping herself in circulation.
Her latest publicity prop is World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh. Says a catty starlet, “Ameesha is currently single and while everyone’s waiting to see who she hooks up with, for the moment it appears to be Yuvraj. It is common knowledge that Yuvraj arranged World Cup finals passes for her.”
She adds, “Every cricketer has a quota of passes for family and friends. But the amount of gossip about Yuvraj giving a pass to Ameesha is unbelievable.”
On her part, Ameesha is maintaining the stance of “we are just good friends”. “Well, isn’t that the way it always begins?” says the starlet caustically.
